Farebase is a trading name of TelMe Online Limited.
All subscriptions for the use of Farebase Classic and the Farebase Marketplace (www.farebase.co.uk) are due in advance and TelMe reserves the right to refuse access to the systems or to the supply of data when payment has not been received.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to provide the necessary technology in order to run the Farebase Classic or the Farebase Marketplace. It is also the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure these systems work correctly as TelMe is unable to support problems other than those relating directly to the TelMe products.
It is a strict and imperative clause of this agreement that you do not attempt to modify or interfere with our software in any way unless under explicit instructions from a member of the TelMe Technical Support staff.
Without prior written agreement from TelMe, you may not share the data or your Farebase Marketplace access passwords to a third party. Any subscriber who contravenes this will have their subscription terminated, will not be refunded any part of any outstanding subscriptions and will be liable to court action for redress.
Whilst TelMe make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data and information displayed, it is acknowledged by the subscriber that the nature of the market means that the information displayed can and does change without notice. Therefore TelMe cannot accept liability for any errors contained within the data or within the web site. Neither will TelMe accept any liability for any consequences real or imagined arising from the use of the data either directly from the subscriber or from customers to whom the information may have been given.
Subscribers must individually contact each supplier in order to agree commercial and payment terms before making on-line reservations. TelMe accept no responsibility for suppliers refusing a subscriber access to their bookable online facilities. Before making any firm contractual arrangements based on any data search, the subscriber should always check directly with the supplier or provider that a seat is available, that the data shown is correct and that any prices shown have not changed.
Annual subscriptions paid in advance are non-refundable in part or whole even in the event of the subscriber wishing to cancel their subscription before the end of the annual agreement.
TelMe reserves the right to cancel a subscriber’s subscription for whatever reason. Any advance or pre-paid subscription will be refunded.
TelMe reserves the right to change subscription charges at any time; but will endeavour to give a 30 day notice period.
Access to low cost carrier content will be available at a cost of £2.50 per passenger, this will be invoiced separately from the monthly subscription and will be subject to VAT. If you do not require access to low cost airlines, you must contact the TelMe Sales team who will remove this functionality
Cancellation of subscriptions MUST be made in writing and one month’s notice given in advance of cancellation, subject to initial period being served or termination of contract by TelMe.
