Important VISA information for travellers to the US
From 12th January 2009 it will become mandatory for travellers to the US to obtain authorisation to travel before arriving at the airport. The changes will affect all passport holders from 34 countries currently participating in the visa-waiver scheme, including UK passport holders. Authorisation (ESTA) should be obtained at least 72 hours before travel.
